Hi Folks! I've just finished a brand new track 'Story Of Your Life'. It was recorded across a few studios in Adelaide and mixed in L.A by Ryan Williams (30 Seconds to Mars, Rage Against The Machine) and Mastered at 301 by Leon Zervos (Muse, Maroon 5). The track is a rock anthem about that nostalgic feeling of looking back and also the excitement and anticipation of looking forwards in the greatest journey that we will ever have. The difference in the people who guide us verses the people who steer us along our way and ultimately it's us that decide what joins us and what stays behind. 'Story of your life' is also about our inner colourful energy and zest that keeps us alive and essentially continues to move us closer to who we are supposed to be.   'Story Of Your Life' will be released on all digital platforms June 1st 2018

Hey folks! How crazy fast has this year gone!? So much has happened. At the beginning of 2017 I wanted to record a collection of songs that were really special to me but simple piano and string arrangements. This was a project that wasn't my usual style of writing and recording so it was a massive challenge. However, 11 months later with a studio production degree under my belt, I recorded, produced, co-mixed and mastered this whole thing! I'm super proud of this one and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did creating it! In other news I married the love of my life and it's awesome! Here's to Love, Music and Good Wine! Big Love Ash x The String EP is now available on iTunes and Spotify

Hi folks!   It's been a long time since I have released any new music so I'm pleased to announce I have a brand new EP coming out! I have always wanted to record a piano and string quartet version of some songs that have meant a lot to me over the years. So this EP is quiet a bit different from previous recordings. This EP will be released at the end of this month and a instrumental copy as well. I'm really happy with how it sounds and I hope you enjoy it as well. Big thanks to members of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra for being involved in this one! Ash x

Hey friends! My third solo EP 'Whatever The Ending'  is now out in the wild! buy it here  Whatever The Ending iTunes or stream it here Whatever The Ending Spotify Enjoy! AG-WTE-Cover-LoRes     Big love Ash

Hey folks, I have recently recorded my third solo EP. It's been 18 months without releasing any new music so I'm super excited to release new songs that have been in the making for that entire time. It was definitely the most challenging project I have done thus far but also the most rewarding. Co-produced with two good friends and a whole lot of recording gear we decked out a beach house in Middleton and recorded a monster for 12 days straight. The Ep is currently being mixed in Sydney by Scott Horscroft (Empire OF The Sun/ The Temper Trap) then it's off to Germany to be Mastered. Stay tuned for release dates!   Ash x   IMG_6831 IMG_6816 IMG_6882 IMG_6776 IMG_6763 IMG_6749 IMG_6705 IMG_6694

Hey Friends! My second EP is almost finished on the way to being released in late 2014! The title of the EP is  'Brave The Sea' coming from a lyric in the song 'Singin' My Way'. The EP is basically about dealing with all that life throws at you and rolling with the punches. It definitely is the most epic recording I have ever been involved in to date!  Below is a little teaser of the recording process.. have a looksie https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5_9gx8UzKA   Much Love Ash

Set In Stone
Set In Stone
Whatever The Ending

Saving my best words for you
Gather my thoughts speaking of truth
Wishing you well-being and laughter
Painting a picture, it’s you I’ll look after

‘Cos I will ‘Cos I will

Set in stone desires of your heart
Heal your wounds then light up your life

Hold you the closest when storms arrive
Walk across the rivers at all the right times
I’m learning to love, the best that I know
It’s you that I’ll call my only home

‘Cos I will ‘Cos I will

Set in stone desires of your heart
Heal your wounds then light up your life

Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah

We Got The Fire
We Got The Fire
Whatever The Ending

Tell me how could it be
Any better than this? I don’t know
We don’t ever wanna leave
Happiness is our open road
We’re closing our eyes
See ourselves in another life
Where you be the dream
And I’ll be asleep

Do you see the light within believe?
Yeah this where we are meant to be
See the lights within believe
Yeah this is how we are meant to be

Oohh We got the fire to last a life time
Ohhh Running so high, we’re outta our minds
Ohhh Let it all go jump into the unknown
We got the fire, we got the fire, we got the fire
To last a life time

Same old memories
Make plans to live in the center of the moment
Yeah we got this, yeah we want this,
Hit a home run Yeah it’s like we never miss
We don’t know where we could go wrong
But we sure know when we’ve got it all right

Do you see the light within believe?
Yeah this where we are meant to be
See the lights within believe
Yeah this is how we are meant to be

Oohh We got the fire to last a life time
Ohhh Running so high, we’re outta our minds
Ohhh Let it all go jump into the unknown
We got the fire, we got the fire, we got the fire
To last a life time

Do you see the light within believe?
Yeah this where we are meant to be
See the lights within believe
Yeah this is how we are meant to be

Oohh We got the fire to last a life time
Ohhh Running so high, we’re out of our minds
Ohhh Let it all go jump into the unknown
We got the fire, we got the fire, we got the fire
To last a life time

Find Love Again
Find Love Again
Whatever The Ending

Did you find yourself nowhere?
Lost your sight did you think that you wouldn’t care
In your hide out waiting to believe that
Something will come your way
Tell yourself you’re too late
Eyes ahead wonder where you go
A Broken home now you’re all alone

So hold out and brace yourself
Watch it come for you
Like your something else
Watch it run to you

Find Love Again
What you had, what you know keep it close
Don’t you ever let go
Find love again
What you had, what you lost will return
If there’s anything to learn

So this is not what you had in mind
As you see now what you left behind
Now you run through the fire
And push through the rain
Starting now to believe once again

So hold out and brace yourself
Watch it come for you
Like it’s something else
Watch it run to you

Find Love Again
What you had, what you know keep it close
Don’t you ever let go
Find love again
What you had, what you lost will return
If there’s anything to learn

Set your sights
Look at the view
Underneath these lights I’ll be next to you
Set your sights
Look at the view
Underneath these lights I’ll be next to you
Set your sights
Look at the view
Underneath these lights I’ll be next to you

Find Love Again
Find Love Again
Won’t you find love
Won’t you find love
Won’t you find love

There Will Come A Time
There Will Come A Time
Whatever The Ending

You’re Tired of fighting
You’re tired of trying
As you came to your senses now you believe
That you’re out of reach, so honestly

Give me something I can hold onto
No I won’t let you slip away now

There will come a time my friend
When all will be right when we are enlightened
There will come a time my friend
Forget all the hindsight
We’ll stand and we’ll shine again

There’s fire in your bones but it’s raining
There life in your home but it’s wasted
So remember your symphonies and let them be
All heart break and regret, well they can get out and leave

Give me something I can hold onto
No I won’t let you slip away now

There will come a time my friend
When all will be right when we are enlightened
There will come a time my friend
Forget all the hindsight
We’ll stand and we’ll shine again

There will come a time my friend
When all will be right when we are enlightened
There will come a time my friend
Forget all the hindsight
We’ll stand and we’ll shine again

Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah
Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah

There will come a time my friend
Forget all the hindsight
We’ll stand and we’ll shine again

Whatever The Ending
Whatever The Ending
Whatever The Ending

On The great divide
I’m on a road with no lines
With my walls up high
I’ll be killing time, killing time
With nowhere to go
I’ll be back before I know
‘Cos I long for words that I’ve never heard
I’m turning round again

In the open skies
I’m on a roll with no dice
Within my own mind I come alive, come alive
And I still believe
You mean everything
Yeah I’ll sing the words
That you’ve never heard now

Whatever the ending
Whatever the ending
I promise that I’ll feel the same
Whatever the ending
I promise that I’ll never change

Never distant
Tonight we wanna live like this
And there will always
Be another mountain to shake so

Whatever the ending
Whatever the ending
I promise that I’ll feel the same
Whatever the ending
I promise that I’ll never change

Whatever the ending
I promise that I’ll feel the same
Whatever the ending
Whatever the ending
I promise that I’ll never change

Rescue
Rescue
Whatever The Ending

Well I lost my way on a lonely night
Faded like a ghost in time
Trying not to lose my mind
Yeah I found myself out of my own depth
Retracing all my steps and now I got nothing Left

‘Cos I’ve been here for days
I’m wasting away
I don’t know which way is up
Now my soul is out of touch

All I want All I need
Is someone here to rescue Me
I can’t see and I can’t breathe
Is someone here to rescue Me

Light in my eyes
The sounds I recognize
My mind playing tricks on me
Feels like I’m lost at sea oh

‘Cos I’ve been here for days
I’m wasting away
I don’t know which way is up
Now it seems I’m outta luck

All I want All I need
Is someone here to rescue Me
I can’t see and I can’t breathe
Is someone here to rescue Me

All I want All I need
Is someone here to rescue Me
I can’t see and I can’t breathe
Is someone here to rescue Me

Sweet Release Devour
Sweet Release Devour
Brave The Sea

I wish you would
I wish you could, believe me, hear me
Misunderstood, what you see as to what I see
Hearts astray on this winter day,
It’s Time for change we’ll turn the page
We comprehend until then we’ll just carry on

Sweet release devour, every moment
Hold your head up high
Dance in your darkness,
Shine on from the rooftops
Darling you’ll heal in time
Oceans and rivers follow your own heart
I’ll Promise that I’ll meet you there

So go run wild leave this valley side
Just don’t stay here like this
Your young with fire, you breathe desire
So leave this, be done with it, it’s time for this

Sweet release devour, every moment
Hold your head up high
Dance in your darkness,
Shine on from the rooftops
Darling you’ll heal in time
Oceans and rivers, follow your own heart
I’ll Promise that I’ll meet you there

So let go
So let go
So let go

All That We Are
All That We Are
Brave The Sea

Yeah we drive with the windows down in the rain
Pour our hearts out, this is better than any fame
Well i wrote you a song i'll sing it for you once
I'm to shy to say that i love you but I will anyway
I will anyway

Cos' all that you are, you are, you are
yeah all that you are, you are, you are
is good for me, yeah you're alright by me
Cos' all that you are, you are, you are
yeah all that you are, you are, you are
is good for me, yeah you're alright by me

Oh picture this so we never forget
Our love is a song, you bring out the best in me
The best in me
Well i wrote you a melody, I'll sing it forever
I'm to shy to say that I love you but I will anyway
I will anyway

Cos' all that you are, you are, you are
yeah all that you are, you are, you are
is good for me, yeah you're alright by me
Cos' all that you are, you are, you are
yeah all that you are, you are, you are
is good for me, yeah you're alright by me

Sing My Way
Sing My Way
Brave The Sea

The storm arrives; in darkness I wait
As clouds come rolling in
I’m braving the seas, is this my place?
Outside the door lies my fate
But I’ll sail these winds
I won’t let them in
No I won’t let this win

Oh, I’m singing my way outta this one
Oh , I’m singing my way outta this one

So come over here look me in the eye
I’ll take this down, bring myself back to life
Well I thought I could brave, forget my mistakes
I’m trembling like a leaf in the rain
Remember the days we had fire like a song?
Well here’s to Rollin on

Oh, I’m singing my way outta this one
Oh , I’m singing my way outta this one
Hear me out
Could you hear me loud?
Sing my way without a doubt
Oh, Just singing my outta this one

Hear me out now
Hear me out loud
I’m leaving behind
I know that I’ll find

Oh, I’m singing my way outta this one
Oh , I’m singing my way outta this one
Oh, Just singing my way outta this one

Without Warning
Without Warning
Roll With
The Gold

Moving backwards I didn’t see this coming did you? Ohh, Jasmine tea and sweet memories It’s true; it’s good to see you.

Without warning you came to me and just like that I was home again, home again
Without warning you came to me and just like that you were gone again, gone again
We danced around the front lawn and held each other until dawn It’s not my intention at all you said go with your heart remember the best part and don’t stop dreaming

Without warning you came to me and just like that I was home again, home again
Without warning you came to me and just like that you were gone again, gone again

Without warning you came to me and just like that I was home again, home again
Without warning you came to me and just like that you were gone again, gone again
Without warning
